My wife and I really appreciate your great service. There was some confusion about the delivery address which was promptly and efficiently sorted out by your staff. The flowers arrived at the correct time and place. My cousin was delighted with presentation, blooms and service. Living in Australia it's difficult to know who to deal with in the UK, sight unseen, We have found our "long range" florist and will have no hesitation in using your services again in the future and will recommend you to other ex-pats. On Valentines Day you delivered a very pretty bunch of flowers (which made my day) though sadly the lilies were brown and spotted. My Mum in the meantime called you to let you know and you very kindly said you would send another bouquet. On Tuesday my new bunch of flowers arrived and they were even prettier. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of red roses from you for my wedding bouquet and all I can say is THANK YOU !! They were so beautiful. All I added was a red ribbon with small hearts. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were and that they must have cost a fortune, little did they know they only cost £34.99 ! A saving of over £100 due to not buying them from a local florist. I am always a bit dubious about ordering on-line for flowers as you can't see them, and you hear horror stories from people ( who have ordered elsewhere) on how the flowers arrived dead or not as they thought, but YOUR flowers are FAB, apparently they smell beautiful and are making her dining room smell gorgeous.
